We are looking for an experienced Test Equipment Engineer to support the refurbishment and continued use of a test equipment unit used in a pilot plant environment for folding and sealing of packaging material, both before and after product filling. The work is highly technical and focuses on safety, risk assessment, and verification & validation to ensure the equipment meets applicable requirements.

• Perform ESRA (Equipment Safety Risk Assessment).
• Perform HRA (Human Reliability Assessment).
• Develop and/or execute V&V (Verification & Validation) planning and activities.
• Ensure the equipment meets applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations in a pilot plant environment.
• Drive activities from assessment through documentation.

• Proven experience in ESRA, HRA, and V&V.
• Technical background within engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, or similar.
• Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks end-to-end.

• Experience with test equipment or production-related equipment.
