As a Process Developer, you will support the development and continuous improvement of Product & Service and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes within an industrial product development environment. The role combines hands-on process work with structured documentation in the company’s Management System, and includes supporting the introduction and refinement of PLM tooling.

• Lead and execute process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect, structure, and integrate input from projects, lessons learned, and internal stakeholders.
• Describe, document, publish, and maintain process descriptions in the Management System.
• Support implementation and ongoing improvement of PLM tools, including a newly introduced Teamcenter setup.
• Coordinate process-related activities and contribute with administration and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants, including work in tools such as PowerPoint and Visio.

• 5–10 years of experience in process development and business/operations development within industrial product development environments.
• Proven ability to describe and document complex processes in a management system.
• Understanding of PLM and PLM systems.
• Experience from product development, product lifecycle management, or closely related areas.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from start to finish.

• Experience working with Teamcenter.
