We are looking for a qualified candidate with documented sea service. Location will be at our facilities in Cape Canaveral, FL. As well as from time to time onboard training on cruise ships.

We are looking for a candidate holding a work permit for work in USA, this can be Green card, work visa or US nationality. The job is a full time 100% job with possibility for promotion for the right candidate.  Mastering theoretical and practical training; he or she will oversee all training related equipment and documentation do keep everything up to date.

 

Preferably experience as an officer on cruise ships. Knowledge of STCW and qualification requirements for seafarers. Service minded. Medical fit to be able to teach practical training and handle training equipment. Be safety orientated and always make sure our students’ safety during our training has the highest focus. The candidate must be service-minded and like to work with people. The candidate must always be able to organize and keep all training documents in order.

 

 

·         Documented sea service, preferably as a Ships Officer.

·         Work experience as an instructor or a teacher preferred but not required.

·         Work permits for USA, for example: green card, work visa or US nationality.

·         Familiar with IT, Microsoft office, and video presentations.

·         Good physical health is essential as part of the courses are practical exercises.

·         Experience from the Cruise industry will be an advantage.
