Ericsson AB Join our Team About this opportunity:  We are seeking a Partner Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Service Delivery Line as Manager for the EMEA region. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring excellent partner relationships and end-to-end delivery of services through third-party providers. You will act as the primary interface between Ericsson, partners and customers to secure contract compliance, drive operational performance, mitigate risks and enable continuous improvement across a diverse service portfolio. What you will do: * Lead partner lifecycle activities across EMEA: onboarding, performance management, contract adherence and offboarding. * Own service delivery performance for partner delivered offerings, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and customer expectations are met or exceeded. * Coordinate cross functional teams (commercial, legal, engineering, operations) to resolve escalations and align delivery plans. * Develop and implement partner governance, scorecards and continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality, cost efficiency and scalability. * Identify and manage delivery risks, implementing mitigation plans and escalation paths when required. * Facilitate regular business reviews with partners and customers; present performance reporting and improvement roadmaps. * Support commercial negotiations and statement-of-work definitions from a delivery and operational readiness perspective. * Drive enablement activities for partners (processes, tools, onboarding training) to accelerate time-to-value. * Contribute to strategic planning for partner ecosystems and provide input to regional service delivery roadmaps. The skills you bring: * Proven experience managing partner relationships and service delivery across EMEA or multiple countries. * Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks, SLA/KPI governance and partner performance management. * Experience working with cross-functional teams (commercial, legal, engineering, operations) and managing escalations. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills; able to interact with senior customers and partners. * Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics, scorecards and reporting tools to drive decisions. * Commercial awareness and experience contributing to contract/SoW negotiations from an operational perspective. * Ability to travel within the region as required. * Fluent English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage. * Relevant industry experience (telecom or technology services) and experience with IT/telecom delivery models preferred. * Degree in Engineering, Business, Telecoms or equivalent experience; certifications in IT/service management (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
