Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Contributing to projects and programs with a focus on business processes and functional expertise
• Supporting Process & IT initiatives, including implementation of IT-enabled business changes
• Participating across all project phases, from pre-studies and analysis to implementation and rollout
• Providing process-oriented and functional input based on best practices and business needs
• Supporting change initiatives by translating business requirements into effective solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business processes and IT solutions

What you bring:

• Two to five years of relevant experience in business consulting, process development, or IT-enabled change initiatives
• Practical knowledge gained through education and hands-on professional experience
• Ability to work independently with general supervision in a structured project environment
• Experience handling challenging, though not highly complex, problem areas
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain processes, policies, and practices clearly
• Experience influencing stakeholders within the job area through facts, structured reasoning, and best-practice guidance
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute effectively within cross-functional project teams
