Role summary:

We’re looking for a Commercial Project Leader to drive key commercial projects that shape our business and support sustainable growth. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic enabler and commercial catalyst, bridging Marketing, Consumer Journey, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful initiatives and actionable insights.

What you’ll do:

As Project Leader, you’ll take ownership of high-impact projects, from design and planning to execution and delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—both within Sweden and across the Nordics—to ensure projects are aligned with our strategic objectives and delivered on time.

You’ll lead selected commercial projects for the Swedish market, managing everything from setting targets and building the right project team to keeping stakeholders engaged and informed. For major launches or market changes, you’ll act as the local lead, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and success criteria to ensure smooth deployment.

You’ll also keep senior management and stakeholders up to date by preparing clear, data-driven reports and dashboards that track progress, highlight key metrics, and share learnings to help us improve for the future.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the FMCG industry within project management, sales, marketing, or planning (minimum 5 years).
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Strong structure, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
