Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Quality Engineer (QMIP) to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Be part of the Project Quality Team with responsibility for planning, coordinating, controlling, monitoring, and organizing production quality activities at the Finspång factory
• Act as the main point of contact for project quality within internal production
• Be on site and take ownership of planning, coordinating, and prioritizing quality activities in the production environment
• Manage and support customer witness activities in production, ensuring that quality standards are met and exceeded
• Collect, review, and manage quality documentation such as QRL, QCP, ICR, and related quality records
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and project teams to support quality assurance across the project lifecycle

What you bring:

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, power engineering, process engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
• Experience or education related to design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery is an advantage
• Previous experience working within a quality organization is beneficial
• Structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset with the ability to drive activities forward
