We're looking for several experienced Backend Developers to join our clients in Karlskrona.

About the Role
As a Software Developer with us, you'll design and develop robust backend services, collaborate with talented engineers across the globe, and have the opportunity to lead impactful features in the telecom space.

What You'll Do

• Design & Develop – Build scalable, high-performance backend services in Java
• Lead Features – Take ownership of features based on 3GPP Policy Control (Diameter, 5G REST)
• Collaborate Globally – Work with cross-functional, international teams to deliver product increments
• DevOps & CI/CD – Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Mentor & Inspire – Guide junior developers and promote engineering best practices
• Embrace Innovation – Support the adoption of AI and DevOps tools such as Amazon Kiro, GitHub Copilot, and Kubernetes

Basic qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in backend development with Java
• Telecom Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Diameter and 5G REST protocols
• DevOps & Cloud: Strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Monitoring: Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus
• Tools: Proficient with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, and Maven
• Mindset: Agile practitioner with experience working in Scrum teams
