Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Validation and Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan and lead validation and verification activities to ensure products meet defined requirements and intended use
• Work with medical technology products that have a direct impact on healthcare professionals and patients
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of safe, reliable, and user-friendly solutions
• Support product development with verification, validation, and quality-related input
• Work with risk management activities and product requirements
• Handle and analyze product information such as BOMs, quality issues, and statistics
• Take an active role in ensuring high product quality and regulatory compliance
• Plan and structure your own work and drive activities independently

What you bring:

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within medical technology, product development, or industrial environments
• Experience working in project-based organizations
• Knowledge of verification and validation methods
• Experience with risk management and working with product requirements or product information
• Ability to work with both theoretical and planning-oriented tasks
• Strong ability to manage, structure, and coordinate large amounts of information
• High level of ownership, responsibility, and ability to prioritize work effectively
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written form
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across function
