Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Act as the procurement expert in project meetings, defining purchasing and supplier strategies to achieve optimal outcomes in cost, quality, and project objectives
- Lead procurement of national and international construction services, technical building systems, engineering services, and support services based on real estate needs
- Prepare electronic tenders, evaluate bids, and conduct price and contract negotiations through to contract award, including handling supplements and claims
- Define and implement procurement strategies for assigned material and service areas
- Perform demand, market, and supplier analyses to ensure long-term, cost-efficient, and timely delivery of required quality
- Conduct global market analyses depending on project location to support optimal sourcing strategies and supplier selection
- Ensure implementation and consistent use of defined procurement methods, processes, and systems within a digital procurement environment
- Manage suppliers within assigned material areas, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification
- Plan, generate, track, and document cost savings
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as legal, project management, tender management, construction planning, regional teams, controlling, and reporting functions
- Maintain continuous market awareness and contribute to knowledge sharing and development within the procurement and real estate community
What you bring:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a construction focus, or a commercial education combined with a technical construction background
- Several years of experience in project management and/or procurement of goods and services within construction, real estate, or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with a goal-oriented and proactive mindset
- Solid knowledge of procurement-related project management and contract law
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across multiple interfaces
- Strong communication skills and confidence in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Office tools and digital procurement environments
