Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Factory IT Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Provide PC, application, and IT infrastructure support in a production and factory environment
• Support digitalization initiatives in a newly established factory with a strong focus on productivity and quality
• Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and coordination in an industrial and business-critical IT environment
• Perform change management, system updates, and service improvements for infrastructure and applications
• Participate in problem management to identify root causes of recurring or critical issues
• Collaborate closely with production technicians, system suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation, monitoring, and technical environments
• Maintain and update application, system, and tools registers
• Work as part of a team of factory IT support technicians in an on-site production setting

What you bring:

• Experience or strong interest in IT infrastructure and applications within a production or industrial environment
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to incident and problem resolution
• Ability to understand the big picture and the relationship between applications, integrations, and infrastructure
• Experience communicating and managing contacts at multiple levels within an organization
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A pragmatic, diplomatic, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Experience with Windows 10/11, basic Linux, networking, server platforms, and SQL is an advantage
• Familiarity with Intune, Entra, Windows Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, and case management systems is a plus
• Experience in documentation, instruction writing, and system/application lifecycle management
• Understanding of software development processes and basic programming or scripting skills is beneficial
