Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Take full responsibility for all commercial and finance-related matters within a defined portfolio of service projects
• Act as a close partner to technical project managers to ensure delivery within agreed targets for cost, time, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Manage and optimize financial performance, including project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments
• Handle commercial topics such as accounting, legal, tax, foreign exchange, and NCM (New Collaboration Model)
• Prepare and maintain commercial documentation for regular project status and review meetings
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of commercial project data throughout the execution phase
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15, local GAAP requirements, reporting guidelines, and internal control frameworks
• Maintain accurate project books and records in systems such as SAP, OnePM, and internal project databases
• Initiate and manage invoicing in accordance with project progress and contractual terms
• Apply and manage financial guarantees, bonds, and project securities
• Support identification, follow-up, and reduction of non-conformance costs
• Support risk and opportunity identification, evaluation, and mitigation together with the project manager
• Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices
• Participate in business travel when required

What you bring:

• Relevant university degree in finance, economics, business administration, or similar
• Solid professional experience in commercial project management or project finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial control, and project financial steering
• Advanced system skills, including SAP and Microsoft applications such as Excel and Teams
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage
• Strong analytical capabilities and a holistic, structured way of working
• High level of ownership, accountability, and curiosity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
