Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1) Responsible for end-to-end management of customer projects, including planning, organization, execution, and monitoring. Accountable for overall project delivery, ensuring all milestones and quality objectives are met.

2) Act as the key interface for customer requirements, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and establishing effective communication mechanisms.

3) Demonstrate strong risk awareness, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in overseas projects.

4) Product Quality Optimization in hemming and laser processes, support the customer in promptly identifying root causes and formulating effective optimization measures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical design and Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or a related discipline.

3+ years of project management experience in automotive electronic control systems preferred.

Solid understanding of automotive electronic control unit (ECU) products.

Proficient in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
