In your future role as HR Business Partner you will * Be a full member of the leadership team of the business you support and work closely together with leaders and other support functions. * Coach and collaborate with business leaders and managers to resolve business challenges. * Manage the local labor relations and create stable and collaborative relations with the local unions. * Guide leaders at all levels on people matters such as total rewards, labor relations and employment law, strategic workforce planning and organizational strategies, people capabilities, talent retention and talent acquisition. * Execute hands-on operational tasks and make sure to independently drive and implement decisions using available resources. * Deliver on HR policies, processes and practices focusing on continuous improvement and improved execution. Perform global HR tasks which require local support. * Implement and deliver tasks and objectives based on local Total Rewards needs and in line with our Total Rewards strategy. * Manage and lead defined projects to drive continuous improvement relating to our People strategy. Ability to speak and write both Swedish and English (Nouryon’ s corporate language) fluently. Great if you have * Experience from work in a matrix environment * Experience operating as business partner for a dynamic, growing organization.
