Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and manage a large-scale migration project, moving an extensive on-premises email environment to a cloud-based solution.
• Plan, execute and follow up on all phases of the project, ensuring delivery according to scope, budget and timeline.
• Coordinate and guide the project team, ensuring alignment, progress and efficient collaboration.
• Report regularly to the steering group, providing clear updates, risk assessments and decision material.
• Ensure that the receiving organization is fully prepared to take over and operate the new solution.
• Drive change management activities to secure adoption, communication and smooth transition.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure high-quality project execution.

What you bring:

• At least 7 years of experience in technical IT project management.
• At least 3 years of experience in change management within IT-related initiatives.
• Experience leading large migration projects in organizations with 1000+ employees.
• Strong ability to plan, follow up, manage risks and communicate progress effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with cloud-based service migrations.
• Experience with Exchange on-prem and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of hybrid environments and integrations with Microsoft 365
