Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Power Systems Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead delivery projects up to 70 MSEK for a major customer in the energy sector, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring full compliance with contractual, technical, safety and quality requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones and financial performance to deliver agreed scope on time, within budget and to expected quality levels.
  • Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical design, control systems, testing, material supply and assembly.
  • Drive improvements in project management practices by collaborating across departments and sharing experience and best practices.
  • Ensure effective cost control, resource planning and risk management throughout project execution.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience managing delivery projects, preferably supported by a university degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMI) are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of power systems and electrical engineering, or the ability to quickly acquire the required technical knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, structured and results-oriented approach.
  • High commercial awareness, strong self-drive and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
