Role – Senior/Lead Consultant

Technology – Azure DevOps, Tibco BW, Tibco EMS, DevOps

Location – Sweden

Job Description

As a lead DevOps Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the support and development lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in defining the problem, propose and refining the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities:

Working in a team to develop applications and services using Agile methods.

Building customer-facing UI and back-end services

Designing and implementing applications with low latency, high availability, and performance

Leveraging configuration management ,CICD and Devops process

Understanding the entire web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques

Mentor and help the team technically.

Should be able to work with the team and inspire them to reach their goals.

Collaborate with your team (developers, designers, product owners, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.

Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs and improve application performance.

Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

Required Skills

· 10-15 years of experience in Azure DevOps, TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x

· Strong knowledge of TIBCO EMS, including domain configurations (Jazz, Quickstep, Slowfox, Hiphop)

· Experience with JMS messaging patterns

· Familiarity with OAGIS canonical models

· Exposure to Apache Camel, Quarkus, and microservices architecture

· Gitlab, Github

· Jenkins

Preferred

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
