Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior R&D Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead end-to-end project management for R&D initiatives, ensuring delivery within defined time, cost, and technical scope.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress continuously and provide detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and schedule performance.
• Manage project changes and ensure alignment with overall objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Report and escalate critical issues to management when required.
• Perform proactive risk management to minimize project risks and maintain project stability.
• Manage, guide, and motivate the project team on a daily basis to secure effective execution.
• Collaborate closely with program managers and related projects to avoid overlaps and ensure cohesive delivery.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the requirements defined in the business case and support realization of expected benefits.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a project manager.
• Strong understanding of gas turbine package projects; experience in electrical systems is highly valuable, with mechanical and control system knowledge considered an asset.
• Experience managing projects in agile environments and contributing to agile transformation initiatives.
• Ability and willingness to spend most of the working time on site in Finspång.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
