The Role
- Run prep to plating across lunch & dinner with pace and precision
- Keep a sharp station: mise, cleanliness, waste control
- Communicate clearly on the pass; lift the team every shift
- Contribute ideas to tastings and pre-opening menu builds
You
- Quality-obsessed, calm under pressure, guest-focused
- Solid pro-kitchen experience (Italian a plus; curiosity a must)
- Team player with positive energy and high standards
