Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Vcom Decom & Lifecycle Management to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the prioritized Produce & Maintain initiative with full responsibility for the Vcom decommissioning across multiple applications (APM IDs) and factory sites.
• Drive project execution across 6 Powertrain locations and additional CVA factories, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope and quality targets.
• Coordinate complex stakeholder interactions across technical teams, factory teams and leadership groups to secure progress and issue resolution.
• Plan, organize and monitor project activities including risk management, reporting, resource coordination and status follow-up.
• Manage end-to-end test activities, including strategy, planning, execution coordination and validation of results.
• Ensure effective communication, transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager within industrial or automotive environments.
• Strong track record of managing complex, multi-site initiatives with many stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of lifecycle management, decommissioning or similar system transition projects.
• Hands-on experience coordinating and executing end-to-end test processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive structure, clarity and decision-making.
• Proactive mindset, high ownership of deliverables and the ability to navigate dependencies and challenges
