• Provide first-class phone, email, and chat support to Apple’s small and medium-sized business clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and efficiency
• Work in a dynamic and international environment alongside passionate and supportive colleagues

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Logical thinking and strong analytical skills
• Valid high school diploma and a clean criminal record

• Relocation to Lisbon with a refunded flight ticket
• Free accommodation in company-shared apartments (or higher salary if you prefer to arrange your own)
