Your role as our Financial Assistant

As a Financial Assistant at Nepa, you’ll be a key player in our collaborative and high-energy finance team.

You’ll support our operations with a variety of important tasks, including:

- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure smooth financial flows

- Performing daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail

- Processing payments and reminders in a timely manner

- Assisting with monthly and annual closing procedures, contributing to reliable financial reporting

- Supporting audits and internal/external reporting requirements

- Handling travel expenses and employee reimbursements efficiently

- Acting as a point of contact for authorities and external partners such as the Tax Agency, auditors, banks, and suppliers

- Continuously contributing ideas to improve our routines and processes

Your profile

We believe you are a positive, proactive, and detail-oriented person who enjoys working with numbers and is eager to learn and grow. While extensive experience isn’t required, we value your drive and willingness to take ownership.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

- A university degree or relevant vocational training or coursework

- Practical experience working with finance-related tasks

- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

- Proficiency in Excel and other Office 365 applications

- Experience with Visma.net or other accounting systems is a plus
