Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Laser Welding Expertise to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead industrialization projects with a focus on welding processes and electrical components in transmission production.
• Serve as a technical contact for internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Define and clarify project plans, goals, and technical requirements for project members.
• Ensure the efficient implementation of new production solutions with high technical quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in production to drive projects forward.
• Take ownership of projects in areas where the organization has limited prior experience, providing guidance and expertise.

What you bring:

• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years of experience in laser welding within an industrial environment.
• Proven experience in project management for production and industrialization projects.
• Technical understanding of electrical machines and electrified drivelines is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple functions.
• Capacity to take ownership of complex projects from feasibility study to implementation.
• Ability to work at a high pace in a dynamic production environment.
