What You will do:
We’re on the lookout for an Experienced Software Developer who loves crafting customer-tailored software solutions within the Ericsson Network Management suite. Your primary tasks will involve creating custom adaptations and delivering innovative new solutions for products such as the Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) and Ericsson Intelligent Controller (EIC). You’ll also play a key role in supporting automation and CI/CD processes.
In this role, you’ll help shape agile processes for software development, assist with technical sales, and provide estimates for project efforts. Your contributions will directly influence how customers perceive us and the overall success of our business. You’ll have fantastic growth opportunities within a diverse team that’s connected to the global market and Ericsson's latest features. Additionally, we work collaboratively across borders, so you can expect a mix of remote teamwork and occasional travel.
As a key developer, your work will range from product reviews to making customer deliveries. We value strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, along with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in designing software solutions. This includes defining work packages, overall design, and testing. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be innovative, enjoy problem-solving, and demonstrate a proactive and organized approach. Excellent communication skills are important for clearly conveying technical ideas, along with a solid understanding of automation, AI, machine learning, agile methodologies, and software engineering principles.
