Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop and maintain solutions in Pega, working closely with the team to manage and deliver on the backlog.
• Design, build, and enhance REST APIs and related integrations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement practices.
• Take responsibility for sub-areas of delivery, including leading small groups when required.

What you bring:

• 4–8 years of experience as a Pega developer with deep technical expertise in the platform.
• Solid experience with APIs, integrations, and databases.
• Familiarity with development tools and environments such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, and container technologies.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting and guiding others as a role model.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus but not required).
