Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging tools such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
- Build, debug, and maintain machine learning pipelines in Python.
- Set up and manage efficient development environments (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks) to support experimentation and model development.
- Apply best practices in Responsible AI, including model monitoring, governance, fairness, and explainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and guiding architecture choices for scalable AI setups.
- Contribute to visualization, reporting, and knowledge transfer to ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
What you bring:
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform and its AI/ML ecosystem (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run).
- Strong Python programming skills with hands-on experience in ML pipeline development.
- Deep practical knowledge of:
- ML frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
- LLMs &
Generative AI:
Gemini, LangChain, Hugging Face
- Data processing & visualization: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn
- Version control & collaboration: Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented mindset: proactive, supportive, and ownership-driven.
Nice to have:
- Experience with MLOps principles and tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code.
