Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Service Application Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Prepare technical scopes for gas turbine overhauls, repairs, and spare parts in collaboration with sales and engineering teams.
• Support the creation of sales proposals tailored to customer requirements and site-specific conditions.
• Recommend service bulletins, modifications, and improvements to optimize turbine performance, reliability, and availability.
• Define site activities, tooling, instruments, spare parts, and consumables needed for successful overhauls.
• Act as technical lead during maintenance project execution, working closely with project managers and field service teams.
• Provide troubleshooting support and propose tailored technical solutions to customer issues.
• Support modernization and upgrade projects during both sales and execution phases.
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution and provide continuous technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to Long-Term Program (LTP) contracts by delivering technical scope input and feedback for turbines under responsibility.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
• Experience with gas turbines or other rotating equipment (Siemens turbines experience is an advantage).
• Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders, project teams, and customers.
• Ability to coordinate technical discussions, lead meetings, and present scopes confidently.
• Proven problem-solving skills, adaptability, and technical curiosity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in IT tools and systems relevant to engineering and maintenance.
• Experience in medium-sized gas turbine maintenance, service business environments, or rotary equipment maintenance (advantageous).
