Our Epiroc Electrification Solutions (EES) division is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Business Manager to lead the development of marketing and sales efforts for EES across the region.

About the role

As Regional Business Manager EMEA, you will be at the core of EES's efforts to provide the world’s greenest machines and deliver advanced electrification systems that support our customers’ decarbonization journeys. You will be responsible for achieving profitable growth while maintaining solid working capital control. In this role, and in close collaboration with Customer Centers, you will lead the sales efforts for EES across the region.

This position blends hands-on problem solving and a strong cross-functional collaboration with divisions, such as PSD, SRD, UMR, and DSD, which play a pivotal part in shaping the overall EES go-to-market approach.

This is a newly created position and key role in our Electrification strategic initiative that reports directly to the Vice President of Electrification.

Key responsibilities

· Act as the primary EES sales interface for all CCs in the region.

· Coach and support CCs to develop and execute local electrification strategies.

· Promote innovative solution packaging (including financing and service).

· Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies.

· Ensure all targets (financial and non-financial) are met in the region, aligned with the annual target per country.

· Monitor competitive landscape and market trends.

· Drive demand forecasting and strategic deal pipelines via the Territory Management process.

· Contribute to new offer launches, marketing campaigns, and communication plans.

· Participate in setting sales targets for the region in alignment with EES global goals.

· Provide market feedback for product development.

· Identify M&A opportunities and develop strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaborations to accelerate Epiroc electrification solutions deployment across the region.

· Act as a regional ambassador for Epiroc’s sustainability agenda by promoting electrification as a lever for reducing customer carbon footprints and enabling energy-efficient operations.

· Ensure high-quality post-sales service, support, and customer satisfaction through alignment of engineering, service, and production teams.

Experience and requirements:

· Proven experience (10+ years) in regional business development, general management, or a similar leadership role in an industrial or infrastructure context.

· Strong knowledge of electrification technologies, energy systems, or mining/construction industry is highly preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to grow sales and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal functions and external partners.

· Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are a plus.

· Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and strategic mindset.

· Ability to travel frequently within the region.

Örebro, Sweden

Stockholm, Sweden (with weekly commute to Örebro)

Up to 50% international travel expected.
