Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner / Business IT Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Serve as Product Owner / Business IT Analyst within the Warranty team, guiding the phase-out of the current warranty application and the implementation of a new cloud-based solution
• Define and execute a strategy for treating organizational data as a product, ensuring maximum business value
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders, facilitating workshops and actively contributing to agile ceremonies such as PI-planning and sprint activities
• Support the transition from legacy systems by identifying requirements, clarifying processes, and ensuring smooth migration to the new platform
• Provide expertise and support across related project areas and existing solutions when needed

What you bring

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Business IT Analyst, or in a similar role
• Proven track record in driving “data-as-a-product” initiatives from a business perspective
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in agile ways of working
• Excellent analytical skills, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset
• Ability to quickly understand complex business flows and lead productive workshops
• Advantageous experience in distributor, dealer, or workshop operations
• Familiarity with SAP or finance systems
• Knowledge of warranty or claim-related data
