We are seeking an Senior Software Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, business-critical solutions with significant impact across departments. This role requires broad and deep technical expertise, gained through extensive professional experience, along with strong leadership skills.

What You Will Do

• Lead and influence major software architecture initiatives with significant business and technical impact
• Drive the creation of robust, scalable, and secure DevOps pipelines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of solutions
• Provide technical vision and direction while balancing hands-on problem-solving
• Mentor and guide senior engineers, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation

Key Skills

• Expertise in CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Gerrit, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, plus in-house solutions)
• Cloud experience with Azure and AWS
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (experience with in-vehicle or embedded software is a plus)
• Programming and scripting skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Knowledge of software security principles
• Experience with Kubernetes and orchestration platforms
• Excellent communication skills to present architectural solutions to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to balance deep technical detail with high-level system overviews

Meriting Experience

• Familiarity with software quality and safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262)
• Understanding of automotive software architecture and protocols
• Experience with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with data management principles, service health checks, and pipeline observability
