AI Engineer

We are looking for talented Data Scientists to join our team building AI-driven solutions for product development in the automotive industry. Our mission is to go beyond the capabilities of standard foundation models, designing specialized AI frameworks to meet complex, real-world engineering needs.

As part of the team, you will identify, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models, design implementation architectures for specific use cases, and deploy solutions either on the cloud or on-premises. You will also play a key role in shaping a new development organization with a strong engineering culture and innovative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines to ingest product-specific knowledge
• Build and deploy RAG models tailored to different product domains
• Implement use-case specific AI frameworks to handle engineering requests and provide actionable responses
• Develop robust AI Agent architectures aligned with industry standards
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML technologies and integrate them into product solutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
• Proven experience in data engineering, machine learning, or related roles
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C#, Terraform
• Experience with AI coding tools and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernels, Copilot Studio)
• 
  
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Desired Skills & Knowledge (Bonus)

• Familiarity with MCP, DSPy, and emerging trends in AI
