We are looking for an Environmental Coordinator / HSEQ Engineer who will ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards across all project phases.

What you’ll do:

✅ Manage environmental compliance, reporting, and documentation

✅ Oversee waste, water treatment, chemicals, noise & vibration handling

✅ Support project teams and collaborate with authorities & stakeholders

✅ Conduct site inspections, sustainability reporting & risk assessments

✅ Provide training and guidance on HSEQ practices

What we’re looking for:

4+ years’ experience in environmental/HSEQ roles within construction

Strong knowledge of Swedish regulations (safety, quality, environment)

Experience in mass handling, waste management & sustainability reporting

Strong leadership and communication skills
