Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Take responsibility for design and technical issues in customer projects across industrial plants (paper, pulp, and energy industries)
• Work with systems including high- and low-voltage switchgear, motors, frequency converters, and automation equipment
• Support the preparation of cost bases and provide technical expertise to the sales organization
• Collaborate closely with colleagues with broad expertise in automation, digitalization, electrification, and drive design
• Carry out work both in-office and on-site at customer facilities, with regular travel required
• Report to the department’s project manager and be based at either the Norrköping or Solna office (minimum 3 days onsite)

What you bring:

• Solid background as an electrical engineer with proven experience in automation, digitalization, electrification, and drive design
• Hands-on experience with industrial systems design in paper, pulp, or energy industries
• Proficiency with database-based design tools (experience with Comos and AutoCAD is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbal and written
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in cross-functional project teams
• B driver’s license and flexibility to travel regularly for on-site work
