The Director of Delivery Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing

the successful delivery of IT services within the organization. This role requires an

individual with substantial experience in IT and delivery management to lead a large team,

drive the execution of projects, and ensure world-class services are delivered to clients.

The Director will also be responsible for driving strategic delivery efforts, managing client

relations, and defining delivery strategies for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a large delivery organization, ensuring the successful delivery of

IT services

• Drive the execution of projects and programs within the organization

• Ensure top-level project governance and keep top management informed and

guided

• Embrace and implement best engineering delivery practices

• Oversee and support GDO/BU initiatives

• Manage end-to-end collaboration and client relations

• Design and implement complex delivery setups

• Set up collaboration frameworks and delivery approaches for the enterprise

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years in IT and 8+ years in delivery management

• Proven track record of managing a delivery organization of 70-150+ FTEs

• Experience in driving programs/projects with more than 70 FTEs onboard

• Strong competency in managing delivery organization at every step

• Ability to absorb, consult and mentor strong organizational setups

• English C1
