The responsibilities include: Developing negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms. Partnering with stakeholders to ensure clear and well-documented requirements. Performing cost and scenario analyses, as well as benchmarking. Assessing, managing, and mitigating risks including cybersecurity and compliance. Identifying and partnering with reliable suppliers. Requirements3-5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within IT, software, SaaS, or cybersecurity. Alternatively, experience from technical projects involving purchasing. Proven experience of managing your own purchasing projects from start to finish, as well as supporting purchasing aspects in projects run by others. Used to collaborating across different parts of an organisation to support their projects and needs. Skills & KnowledgeSolid understanding of purchasing processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management. Experience working with administrative systems, including purchasing and contract platforms. Excellent English skills, both spoken and written (Swedish not required). Ways of WorkingAbility to work independently in a structured manner, while also being an active part of a global team. Comfortable balancing own projects with support roles in others’ initiatives. Strong administrative skills with a passion for organisation, documentation, and processes, while remaining adaptable in a changing environment. LocationHybrid setup: 1-2 days in the office, the rest remote. Global collaboration with colleagues and suppliers in several countries. MeritoriousExperience working with suppliers and projects in India. Background in international organisations or global projects. Basic understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity requirements in the supply chain. Basic understanding of sustainability requirements in the supply chain.
