Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ERP Transformation Business Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Represent and safeguard the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order-to-Delivery (O2D) processes within the Industrial ERP Backbone (IEB) program from both process and architectural perspectives
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and the target architecture, driving design decisions that promote efficiency, scalability, and industry best practices
• Act as a pragmatic, results-driven partner to the implementation project manager, supporting delivery outcomes
• Support Business Process Owners in defining, documenting, and governing global processes and templates
• Manage change requests related to O2C and contribute to change management activities across the program
• Collaborate across process streams and with the Service Integrator to ensure seamless end-to-end integration
• Identify and clearly communicate business impacts when aligning processes with global and industry standards

What you bring:

• Documented experience in the Order-to-Delivery domain within the manufacturing industry; background in automotive or other complex product industries is a strong plus
• Solid expertise in business architecture within global, complex environments
• Pragmatic and results-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Proficiency in process documentation and related tools, with hands-on experience in Aris considered a merit
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
