Quality Coordinator
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of quality control activities to meet quality standards and specifications. You will also perform all assigned tasks as quality support in various projects in snus/nicotine pouches operation. In addition, you will provide close support to production and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
Support on the analyses to ensure that physical, visual & hygiene checks have been performed, in line with standards
Collect and send finished goods samples for Quality Assurance Performance (QAP) and global Incoming Material Inspection (IMI)
Support Consumer complaints KPI by performing root cause analysis together with production
Create Defective Material Reports (DMRs) and follow up aligned actions including those coming from QUIPs (Quality Unsure Inspected Products procedure
Be reesponsible for the control and maintenance of the QME (Quality Measurement Equipment). Responsible for function checks to ensure product quality and coordination of calibrations according to plan. Arrange and follow up on maintenance if needed
Responsible for providing quality training for production and other stakeholders, but also assessing training needs and developing training material
Be responsible for establishing and maintaining Quality SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in different parts of the organisation, supporting QMS (Quality Management System) system functioning and review
Be responsible for collecting and analysing production and process control data; initiate and coordinate continuous improvement activities for product quality
Actively ensure process and product quality by attending test runs and start-ups
Responsible for performing & coordinating trials, coordination with all the involved functions (NPD, R&D, MS, Production). Ensure the samples and results are according to the planning, and communicate accordingly
Requirements:
Engineering Bachelor's degree or equivalent gained experience in the food industry
2-3 years of experience working in food production and quality
English fluently written and spoken
Swedish will be an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office, QIMS and SAP
