About the role Are you ready to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of the eMobility revolution? Our client is looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join their support team on a part-time basis (approx. 50%). You’ll play a key role in assisting customers and partners in Germany with technical issues related to EV charging solutions. Based at the head office in Solna, you’ll be part of a close-knit, international team committed to excellent service and sustainable innovation.
Your future responsibilities You’ll be the first point of contact for end-users, partners, and installers in Germany, providing top-class service and technical troubleshooting. You'll support a wide range of customer needs via phone, email, and Zendesk.
We are looking for someone who To succeed in this role, you should have a solid service mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology.
