Job Description

• Conduct data science project lifecycle tasks as assigned.
• Plan data science project steps.
• Document code appropriately, inline, in Azure DevOps, and in Confluence.
• Verify data sources, transformations, models, and results per best practice guidelines.
• Organize and synthesize data into actionable business decisions, focused on insights.
• Compile, review, verify and analyze related external and internal insurance data including completed models for benchmarking of results.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience managing the entire data science project lifecycle.
• Expertise in data validation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R) and experience with documentation tools like Azure DevOps/Confluence.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
