About the role
We are looking for an experienced PHP developer with a strong technical background to join our team.
As a PHP developer you will work in one of the teams in our RnD department, creating new features, designing and developing APIs, fixing defects, eliminating technical debt and refactoring existing functionality.
In our project ecosystem, apart from PHP services, we also have services built with Java with Spring framework, so you will have the opportunity to work with new technologies and learn new skills.
What you’ll be doing:
● Working in a self-managing cross-functional team based on Agile principles.
● Implementing new features and maintaining existing functionality in our services built with pure PHP.
● Refactoring the codebase to enhance performance, security and scalability.
● Together with the team proactively participating in solutions discovery, refinements, plannings and innovations processes.
● Together with other developers moving the project toward technical excellence, setting quality gates and standards and ensuring those are followed.
What you’ll bring to the team:
● 3+ years of experience in PHP development.
● Skills in developing high-performance, scalable systems.
● Ability to navigate and understand multi-layered code with complex business logic.
● Familiarity with profiling tools, caching strategies, and efficient data structures.
● Strong set of soft skills, including effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
● Excellent English, both spoken and written.
The WOW-factor:
● Knowledge of Java, Cloud technologies, and experience with high-loaded systems is a plus.

● Familiarity with legacy code maintenance and gradual refactoring.
