Ericsson AB Join our Team About the Opportunity  The Product Performance section at BNEW RTE Radio System & Technology (RST) has the responsibility to define radio characteristics and performance requirements for new multi-standard radio products. This encompass driving concept studies and predevelopments within the Early Phase projects and defining radio performance requirements during project development phase and release.  As Radio System Developer within the Product Performance section, you will be the Radio CCB (Change Control Board) Technical Coordinator, responsible for maintaining and updating documents and Requirement Groups in relation to the Radio System HW Baselines. You will be Global TRM tool Champion, involved also in the next-gen TRM project. You will run the 1058 Forum, driving improvements with the Baseline and related process. You will also be responsible Requirement Specifications (RS) at module level, focusing on Radio and Security product requirements.  What You Will Do  * Organize and drive the Radio CCB as Radio Technical Coordinator.  * Be responsible for Radio Requirements Baselines.  * Global TRM requirements tool Champion.  * Coordinate with the local TRM tool Champions across global radio design sites.   * Organize the 1058 Forum, driving improvements with the Baseline and related process.  * Support design activities during radio development.  * Be responsible for Requirement Specifications (RS) at module level, focusing on Radio and Security product requirements.  * Drive continuous improvements of products and processes.  The Skills You Bring * MSc in Wireless Communications, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical field.  * Several years’ work experience from radio system design and/or development.  * Experience from radio product security requirements is a plus.   * Experience as driver, technical coordinator, team leader, or project manager.  * Experience of process improvements.   * Experience from TRM tool.   * Strong analytical skills to be used in problem solving.  * The daily work requires good team working skills.   * Excellent English skills both verbally and in writing.
