You would have an integral role in our Electronics business unit which has locations in Austria, Finland and Sweden in Gothenburg, where this position is located.
Your crew
We are a team of more than 10 professionals.
Our expertise includes product assurance, managing product project quality from customer quotation to project closure, as well as quality assurance, ensuring that our manufacturing quality meets the agreed-upon criteria.
We ensure that the high level of quality demanded by our international customers is always achieved for our space products.
The entire department has a very diverse structure in terms of age, experience, knowledge, education and nationalities.

Your mission
- Supports and establishes fulfilment of regulatory requirements on international scale

Provide sufficient service in central/global quality functions to Business Unit:
Electronic Solutions and Launchers SWE
- Process owner of internal and supplier / customer audits to ensure operation fulfillment of standards, certifications and that continuous improvements are supported all over the process organization.
Ensure relevant standards and compliance availability in the organization
- Responsible for maintaining and coordination of the Quality, Documentation and Environmental Management System (ensure compliance with present and future standards and law)
- Continuous improvements of the Quality Management System to increase competitiveness and to fulfill customer expectations
- Performs continuous improvement workshops in an engineering focused environment
- Works constantly with escalating and integrating continuous improvement processes to optimize and improve business results.
- Supports projects product assurance and manufacturing quality assurance functions.
Your story
Mandatory:
- University degree or similar educational level
- Strong technical background in relevant field
- Successful track record in the quality management of industrial operations
- Experience in the roll-out of continuous improvement strategies / processes / methods
- Good communication skills, good analytical and negotiating skills
- Leadership experience, coaching/facilitating/advising skills, both for individuals and teams
Nice to have:
- Experience of working in other Space companies
- Experience from working in an international environment
- Project management skills: driven, fast, confident, target/solution oriented working style
