Creative Production Manager
Mini Rodini is a children’s wear brand born from the vision to create clothes that kids love to wear, without compromising on the environmental and social aspects of production.
Now, we’re looking for our Creative Production Manager, a structured doer with strong creative understanding. In this role, you’ll be the link between vision and execution: balancing creativity with structure and ensuring that every production runs smoothly from concept to final delivery. You’ll combine a sharp eye for aesthetics with solid project management skills.
What you’ll do
As Creative Production Manager, you are the hub of our production – leading the creation of photo and video content for campaigns, lookbooks and collaborations.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, who sets the vision and aesthetics and report directly to our Creative Director – while you independently take ownership of planning, suppliers, logistics and execution. You ensure the right products appear at the right time by matching samples, stock and sales needs with the content plan. You’re both a hands-on producer and a commercial planner – the one who ties everything together from start to finish.
Responsibilities
• Be a practical, structured force in a small, fast-paced and highly creative team
• Lead photo and video productions for campaigns, lookbooks, collaborations and projects
• Research materials, locations and casting (together with the Creative Director)
• Request quotes, book teams, manage logistics and coordinate all practical details
• Track samples, stock levels and decide what should be prioritized in imagery and film
• Collaborate with our marketing/e-commerce team before each shoot to align content with sales and communication needs
• Be hands-on during productions and creative projects
• Create and follow production plans, while keeping all threads together throughout the process
• Support the Creative Director in the development phase (testing looks, scouting, campaign preperations)
• Handle admin tasks: eg. budget follow-ups, workflows, expense reportings
We believe you have
• Experience as a producer/project manager within a creative environment (fashion, advertising, content)
• A strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling and content (photo and video)
• Confidence in working with creatives, suppliers and commercial teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure
• A driver’s license
• Experience with child productions (nice to have, but not required)
Who you are
You enjoy moving between high and low – from running large projects to solving the small details that make everything work. You thrive in creative chaos, but you’re the one who brings structure and secures deliveries. You’re hands-on, resourceful and love to travel.
Location
This role is based at our Head Office in Södermalm, Stockholm.
