The Opportunity
HVDC is looking for a motivated Health Safety and Environmental Specialist to join our international team and contribute to a safer, more sustainable future.
You will be part of the HSE Service team, supporting and driving improvements across a global organization.
As an HSE Specialist, your main responsibility is to promote and lead Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives, with a strong focus on supporting HVDC Service Organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive and promote a strong HSE culture
- Train, coach and support managers and employees on HSE actions and compliance
- Take on an expert role in HSE related IT systems and tools, support users both remotely and during site visits
- Support development, improvement and implementation of internal HSE related documentation
- Analyze HSE performance, gather data and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Drive HSE initiatives and follow up on HSE targets
- Deliver actionable insights and best practices in a dynamic, global environment

Assist with internal and external audits, including ISO 14001:
2015,
ISO 45001:
2018, and
ISO 50001:
2018
- Lead or support incident investigations and lessons learned
- Support compliance with local and international HSE requirements and standards
Your Background
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in HSE, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in health, safety, and/or environmental roles
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
- Knowledge of Swedish legislation within the HSE area
