About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Test Manager for the System and Test Management team based in Kista. The team is responsible for developing, implementing & supporting XFT (Cross Functional) teams with radio software test strategy for state-of-the-art radio products supporting all mobile technology generations. As Test Manager, you will take ownership for test analysis, coordination, and test execution support for various mandates. This will include developing strategies, driving initiatives, assessing new opportunities, and utilizing synergies to deliver high quality radio products to our customers.
What you will do:
* Assures that the flow unit ‘a feature' goes through its life cycle 'Continuous Analysis - Product Development - Maintenance' with the most efficient test coverage focusing on flow and quality of the unit and the product.
* Support Study Driver with testability and test related aspects in early phases (Feature/SP/solution/product pre-study)
* Manage and facilitate pre-OTAC/OTAC and define the overall test scope, including legacy.
* Build, align, deploy, and enforce test strategy.
* Evolve test WoW (Ways of Working) - propose, drive, support improvements.
* Ensure early test and development tool strategy and build tool requirements.
* Coordinate between different product/production fora, projects with RA, and other programs.
* Assure the legacy verification has efficient test coverage with an appropriate risk level.
* Review legacy test coverage (HW and test cases) and drive CI flow optimization within module program.
* Support teams within Module Program to optimize legacy content and enhance test flow by introducing new technology/tools
* Support Feature/SP TM with module level legacy impact introduced by new feature and module level test analysis for new Feature.
* Support XFT teams for module OTAC/DTAC.
The skills you bring:
* 5 years’ experience with testing or test management
* Testing, troubleshooting, problem solving, E2E & system thinking
* HW & SW integration methodologies
* Leadership (previous project manager, team lead, or customer engagement experience is a plus)
* Lean and Agile knowledge and skills, value driven development attitude, testability and test-driven development.
* Working with people, networking, facilitation, negotiation skills.
* Teamwork and collaboration skills
* Continuous Integration (CI) Continuous Delivery (CD) to streamline development
* Excellent technical communication skills, both written and oral
* Fluent in English
* BSc., or MSc in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
