• Provide senior management support by staying one step ahead of their daily needs through anticipating schedules, coordinating priorities, and creating structure around meetings and communications. You’ll be a trusted go-to person who helps senior leaders stay organized, prepared, and focused.

• Play a key role as a trusted support to one or more senior leaders in GC&T. Your proactive support helps them stay focused on strategic goals, while you contribute to the team’s overall success.

What is needed in this role:

• Focus & structure – You help leaders stay focused by organizing incoming requests, managing shifting priorities, and creating structure around busy schedules and meetings.

• Collaboration & trust – You communicate clearly, build strong relationships across teams, and handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.

• Digital skills & tech curious – You’re confident using Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word, and you’re always curious about new technologies that can make work smarter and more efficient.

• Administration – You manage everyday tasks like invoices, orders, and time reporting with ease, keeping things running smoothly and reliably.

• Experience – You’ve worked in similar roles before, such as executive assistant or management support, and bring valuable insights from supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment.
• Language skills – You speak English fluently, and if you also know Swedish, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian, that’s a great plus!
