Job Description

Do you want to lead the way in test automation at a global company shaping the future of the automotive industry? We are now looking for a Test Lead who wants to be at the technical forefront while building a strong, cohesive team. With us, you will have the opportunity to lead six experienced engineers and, together with them, develop the next generation of test infrastructure for future vehicles.

Qualifications

In this role, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical development. You will take a key role in shaping our test environments and ensuring that our tests meet the highest possible standards. Using Python as your primary tool, complemented by your knowledge of C and C++, you will both develop new frameworks and improve existing solutions. Your work will range from test automation to gaining a deeper understanding of embedded systems, making you a pivotal figure in our technical development. Experience with Bazel is a valuable plus, as we continuously strive to stay at the cutting edge of CI/CD and automated test flows.

We operate in an industry where quality, safety, and precision are crucial. That’s why your understanding of automotive standards such as AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 will be an important part of your work. You will be a central player in an international environment, working closely across functions and geographies to create systems that meet tomorrow’s demands on vehicle technology.

As a leader, you are not just a coordinator – you are a role model and an inspirer. You coach your team, foster engagement, and drive development forward with a combination of technical expertise and a clear vision.
