As a Customer Service Representative at Bonnier, you will handle incoming customer calls from Bonnier’s Danish market. Your main tasks will include handling invoice inquiries, subscription questions, general customer service, as well as conducting upselling of services to existing customers. This role offers paid training, both theoretical and practical, and also different career opportunities at our international company. Apart from your base salary you will also have the opportunity to influence your own salary through commission. Communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service are the keys to success in this role!

What we are looking for:

• Native (or C1) Danish language skills + fluency in English.
• Ability to work from our office in Helsingborg.
• Strong computer skills
• Comfortable working with upselling
• Customer- and result oriented mindset

Employment details:

• Start date: Monday October 6, 2025
• Location: Concentrix office in Helsingborg, Rönnowsgatan 8C.
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent. 6 months probation period will be applied.
• Working hours: Monday– Thursday 09: 00–17:00, Friday 09: 00–16:00
• Salary: Individual salary setting + bonus model
