As a Customer Service Representative at Bonnier, you will handle incoming customer calls from Bonnier’s Danish market. Your main tasks will include handling invoice inquiries, subscription questions, general customer service, as well as conducting upselling of services to existing customers. This role offers paid training, both theoretical and practical, and also different career opportunities at our international company. Apart from your base salary you will also have the opportunity to influence your own salary through commission. Communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service are the keys to success in this role!
