We are looking for a Business Controller for a global company. This role can be based in either Huskvarna or Stockholm. Start is in October, 5 months limited contract to begin with.

We are looking for a self-driven and result oriented person, holding strong business acumen, drive and sense of urgency. You are structured and possess strong attention to detail and accuracy even in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.

Of importance is also your analytical skills and ability to conduct analysis of complex data, and translate the results into actionable recommendations and presentations. As this person will support and cooperate closely with different functions we believe you have good collaborations skills and feel comfortable having many contacts within the organization.

The overall responsibilities for the Controlling function are:

• Cost and Process compliance and development
• Project and Program controlling
• Financial Co-driver to the business
• Service Provider - Turning Data into Insight

Mandatory requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position and strong Controlling background
• University degree in Business Administration/Finance or similar
• Good knowledge of IT tools and MS Office
• Excellent English, verbal and written

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant experience in IT Controlling “is a plus”
• Experience in a multi-national organization is desired
• Experience in working with projects or budget/forecasting related to projects

This is a full-time consultant position in either Huskvarna or Stockholm through Incluso. Start is in October, 5 months limited contract to begin with.
