We’re looking for a Staff Mobile Engineer to join our Frame Team — the foundational group behind enabling Connected Experiences across our product ecosystem. This is not just another mobile role; it’s your chance to define the technical vision, architect core mobile capabilities at a global scale, and shape the frameworks, patterns, and libraries that empower all our app teams. You’ll be at the center of our connected ecosystem, working with talented engineers across Android, iOS, and Kotlin Multiplatform to deliver a cohesive foundation that accelerates feature development, ensures consistency, and delights millions of users worldwide.

What you’ll do

· Lead the architecture, design, and development of foundational mobile frameworks and shared modules using Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).

· Partner with backend and cloud engineering teams to design and integrate APIs, authentication, and connected device services into robust and reusable mobile foundations.

· Define and evolve best practices for cross-platform mobile engineering, ensuring scalability, reliability, and a consistent developer experience across app teams.

· Keep mobile frameworks, libraries, build tools, and OS versions up to date, proactively managing technical debt and ensuring long-term maintainability.

· Collaborate with product teams to integrate shared components, APIs, and patterns seamlessly into connected experiences.

· Drive architectural decisions that establish long-term platform direction for mobile development across the organization.

· Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineers across teams, elevating mobile engineering standards

· Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality, reusability, and maintainability of shared libraries and tools.

· Implement frameworks and patterns that support performance, accessibility, and security at scale.

· Explore and introduce new technologies that enhance developer velocity and cross-platform alignment

Who You Are

· Proven experience as a Mobile Engineer with a strong track record of shipping scalable, production-grade apps and/or shared frameworks.

· Deep expertise in Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI, with strong understanding of declarative UI principles and how to apply them at scale.

· Strong experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), particularly in building shared modules and libraries used by multiple app teams.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on designing foundational, reusable solutions that accelerate product development.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and regions.

· Ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives and drive them to successful adoption.

· Experience in a leadership or mentorship role, guiding engineers to grow and apply best practices.

· Confident yet humble, thriving on cooperation, knowledge sharing, and enabling others to succeed.
